Slan\u00e9 pokrmy dochucujte jarn\u00ed cibulkou, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fdmi sem\u00ednky, vla\u0161sk\u00fdmi nebo l\u00edskov\u00fdmi o\u0159echy, kter\u00e9 t\u011blu poskytnou cenn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Vitam\u00edny B, E, fosfor, kyselinu listovou z\u00edsk\u00e1me tak\u00e9 z kl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f mungo nakliceno.cz, kter\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eeme nakl\u00ed\u010dit za oknem.
